About the Event
The Guatemalan Festival is an annual event held in early September at Roger Williams Park in Providence, Rhode Island. It is a family-friendly event with free admission and runs all day long. Attendees can enjoy performances of traditional dances and music, including the marimba. The festival provides an opportunity to celebrate and remember Guatemalan history, traditions, and culture. Visitors can also sample delicious Guatemalan and other international cuisines offered by various vendors.
