Our Scholarship Program
The scholarship program is accepting applications for the 2019/2020 academic year. The application period starts on April 1, 2019 and closes on July 19, 2019. The applicant must submit a completed application, transcripts and a personal essay via email. For more information please email us at centroguatemaltecone@gmail.com
Any additional supporting documents may be required prior to awarding the scholarships. The academic scholarships will be awarded at the 9th Quetzal Award Gala on October 11, 2019. Payments will be made directly to the academic institution for the 2020 spring semester.
The applicant must meet the following requirements:

Must be of Guatemalan nationality or descent.

Must demonstrate involvement in the community.

Must be able to produce proof of enrollment.

There are no age limitations.

​Open only to residents of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire.
