Cultural Roots in Action: Youth & Community Programs
Our mission is to promote and share Guatemalan culture, establish cultural connections between Guatemala and New England, and identify and develop strategies to address the needs of Guatemalans in the region.
This year, we are excited to present a variety of creative, educational, sports, and culturally immersive programs designed to engage families, empower our youth, and honor the legacy of our shared heritage.
These dynamic programs are crafted to offer joyful, hands-on experiences that invite participants of all ages to delve into the beauty of Guatemalan traditions, arts, and customs. From engaging workshops that explore traditional crafts to opportunities that connect generations, each initiative celebrates the rich cultural narrative that defines our community.
We take pride in harnessing the diverse talents of local Guatemalan artists, dedicated volunteers, and esteemed cultural organizations that have collaborated with us to deliver these exceptional programs.
Together, these enriching experiences strengthen our collective identity, amplify our community’s voice, and foster deeper connections within the diverse landscape of New England. Join us in our journey to uplift and share the vibrant spirit of Guatemalan culture!
